# Windows 10 更新指南

#### Windows 10 更新指南

1. 打开设置

   点击屏幕左下角的 开始 按钮，选择 设置（齿轮图标），或按键盘上的 Win + I。
2. 进入更新页面

   在设置窗口中，选择 更新和安全。
3. 检查更新

   点击左侧的 Windows 更新，然后点击灰色的 检查更新 按钮。
4. 下载并安装

   如果有可用更新，系统会自动开始下载。如果出现 下载并安装 按钮，请点击它。
5. 重启电脑

   安装完成后，点击 立即重启 以完成更新。
